Pooja is an Indian-American divorceé who navigates being single after her nosy parents move in with her to help her raise the kids.
Blending elements of Chicago Party Aunt, Bob’s Burgers, and Black-ish this series satirizes the impossible expectations that a single immigrant mother must live up to. Collaborating with creator and writing partner Kesav Wable, we created character and concept designs for this series pitch.
